![]() ![]() We are talking $15.99 for a burger or crappy chicken sandwich. The foot is atrocious and very expensive. Now the same experience in 2022 is $38.24 per adult and $21.24 per kid. For example, in 2019, the "Dine with Elmo and Friends" (Season Pass pricing) was $21.60 per adult and $8.80 per kid. Long story short: prices have increased dramatically with less service. Our family of 5 has been season pass holders for a number of years. All other staff reaction was so disappointing and very unprofessional to bring security for me in front of everyone and in front of my son. She made my son go on the ride because he was very upset. The only person who made sense was the ride manager gave us to wrist bands free which we never used after that because no one asked for it. Needless to say the supervisor was laughing at me when I was explaining that I never had to by magic queue for myself all these years. It was never enforced on us during the day or the years before during summer or winter. No one was properly trained if the rule says everyone should have magic queue. it was a scene!! My son cried because he wanted to go to the ship. ![]() They didn’t let us in because the parent doesn’t have a band. My son is 38 inch need a grown up to go with him. Yesterday we rode almost every ride with no problem. As parents we never bought Magic queue for us. I always bought 2 or 1 magic queue for my kids. Who knows if I will ever get my money back. My kids never even went to the park and this trip has cost me $350. Every call took on a hour of holding with no resolution. ![]() I asked what happened to the first request? She couldn't say what went wrong. After speaking with a supervisor I requested, I was told it would be another 10 days and she would request the refund. I called after 15 days and was told the refund was requested but not processed. I called again to check the status of my refund and was told it takes 15 days to process. I had my husband call and they were not able to clear up the issue with the hotel and offered a refund after my husband asked for one. The supervisor of the hotel that day wasn't working, so they had to wait to call him in a few days, and I would have to call back this call too took an hour. I called again that Monday and the hotel apparently marked us as a no show. After waiting on hold for an hour as they told me (with a headache, fever, and two sicks kids under 5), so they told me my trip was rescheduled and I would receive my updated reservation information via email as well as a call back at the end of the day. I couldn't attend due to illness and called to reschedule the day before we were supposed to check in. I booked a one-night hotel package with Sesame Place. ![]()
